About OrionStar Productions
OrionStar Productions is Film and Video Production company based in Greenville, SC.
At this time, we are currently fully booked with projects, and are not accepting any outside projects or scripts. We are also currently developing a Family Roku Channel titled “Kellovision”. The channel can be downloaded on any Roku player. See Kellovision.com .
We provide full service video production, from commercial videos and independent films to large scale feature film production. Services include concept, scripting, film crews, equipment, sound stages, location scouting, graphic design, casting services, post production editing services, event planning and video production premiers.

Debbie Kelley, President / Producer / Director
Debbie has experience in Writing, Directing and Producing projects in Film, Video, Television, Radio and Theatre. She got her start in the early 1980's in modeling, television, commercials and in print. From there she worked as a production assistant in the upstate of South Carolina with the late Ervin Melton of CarMel Motion Picture Productions. Debbie put her arts and entertainment career on hold for a number of years and chose a new career path in the technical field while raising to her two sons. Debbie has worked with companies such as Lockheed Martin, Fluor Corporation and NASA. She recently moved to California to expand her production base and further her career in the film industry. As a native of South Carolina, she continues to write, direct and produce projects on both the east and west coasts.
Brian Q. Kelley, Producer / Editor
As an Editor, Brian is established as one of the leading creative and technical experts in the field of post-production and non-linear video editing. His career spans over 30 years in film and video production, post production and special effects. Brian has produced and supervised numerous projects for many entertainment and advertising clients, in the area of film, video, DVD and multimedia technologies. From the digital restoration of Citizen Kane to working on segments for the Star Wars Trilogy, Brian's work can be seen in feature films and broadcast television.
